We are pleased to report that the “Education on Standardisation in Europe” conference, organised by the EC High-Level Forum (HLF) on European Standardisation, successfully took place on 17-18 June 2024 in Delft, The Netherlands. The event gathered experts from various sectors to discuss and promote standardisation education in Europe. Key topics included student certification, incentives for educators and learners, and integrating standardisation into vocational training and lifelong learning. Our project partner, The Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI, also shared information about the RISERS project. We enjoyed all the interest in RISERS and possible follow-up activities with several experts attending the conference.
